EDUT 6226, Technology Planning and Adminstration, is an introductory course that provides students with basic knowledge in the field of instructional technology and the various roles of technologists. Students are introduced to various issues relating to computing and technology in schools. They will also understand the future role of technology in society. This website is created for the webfolio assignment in this course that I took in Spring 2008. The purpose of a webfolio is to showcase relevant and interesting artifacts of the course. This webfolio consists of 2 artifacts that I want to highlight from the course. The different pages in this website focus on different artifacts of the course. The webfolio assignment states, “Write a brief reflection describing your understanding of the course. Include two or more artifacts from the course and explains the importance of these assignments in your learning or your students’ learning process and elaborate on attainment the course learning goals. Consider the following: • Context: For what purpose were the assignments created or the process undertaken? • Learning: What was the significant learning you made or what other relevant changes occurred? • Evaluation: How do you perceive the quality of the assignment or your role in the process, including strengths and areas for improvement?” To contact the author, send an email to bhagyavati (at) colstate.edu |
